Hatha Yoga
Gentle to mid-paced class where you’ll learn how to utilize your breath within postures. Feel relaxed, lengthened and toned. Expect to be gently challenged - an option for all levels

Hatha Flow
A Mid to fast-paced class that combines Hatha Yoga fundamentals – breath, meditation, and posture – with the flow of a Vinyasa class. Hatha Flow will add a rewarding challenge to your standard Hatha Class. Prepare yourself to move quicker and go with the flow on your mat.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a vigorous and energetic approach to a yoga practice. Power Yoga focuses on flowing sequences of postures that together build strength, increase flexibility and improve overall physical fitness. Power Yoga also places a great emphasis on strength and endurance - can be adapted for all levels!

Yoga Tone
This fast-pace yoga class is designed to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you mix strength training and Pilates exercises into your yoga practice.

Cardio Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt is a fun, fast-paced fitness class that combines cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, including the use of weights and barbells. Then, a series of higher intensity exercises are introduced, each working and toning a different muscle group.

Pilates
Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility. In this class, we will stick to the basics, but with modifications to make the exercises more challenging

Length & Strength
This fitness class will be a combination of strength and flexibility exercises designed to balance your body, improve posture and overall strength and keep you fit for life!
As always levels will be offered to insure a safe, challenging experience for everyone!

Yoga Fit
This class combines Vinyasa-style sequencing, moving through strengthening and stretchy yoga postures, with the stress-recovery of a Restorative practice. You will move, breathe, and work the whole body, then settle into a deep and delicious relaxation. No two classes are alike. All levels of experience welcome!

Ballet Barre Fitness
Barre is a fitness group class distinguished by its use of the ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet. Each barre class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout - broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes, and core.
